We totally understand that sometimes life happens, so we carefully crafted our cancellation policy to allow you those moments. If you are cancelling with more than 48 hours notice, you can actually cancel right from the invoice that was sent to you when you made your booking! Here’s how our cancellation policy works in detail:
- Regular Cancellation (greater than 48 hours notice): unlimited – reschedule or refund possible
- 1st Late Cancellation (less than 48 hours notice) within a 90 day period: reschedule or refund possible
- 2nd Late Cancellation (less than 48 hours notice) within a 90 day period*: reschedule possible – bookings must be paid within 3 hours from the time the booking is made for 90 days.
- Late cancellations (less than 48 hours notice) while you are on the ‘prepay to book’ plan: No reschedule. No refund. The session is lost. 90 day prepay period is reset.
- Regular Cancellation (greater than 48 hours notice) while you are on the ‘prepay to book’ plan: Reschedule possible – gift certificate given if dates for rescheduling cannot be provided.
- NO SHOW*: reschedule possible gift certificate given if dates for reschedule cannot be provided – bookings must be paid within 3 hours from the time the booking is made for 90 days.
*sessions paid in advance are not refunded – if you are not sure when your band can rehearse next a gift certificate is given
